  First of all I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to
  ask if you don't mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your thoughts before writing.
  I have had a tough time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out
  there. I truly do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to
  15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips?

  Today, I went to the beach with my kids.
  I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said "You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear." She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
  There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her ear.
  
  She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is totally off topic but I had
  to tell someone!
